Too early to do anything complex so I'll start with the logo. It was drawn years ago in Freehand 3.1 and was done from memory. The device shown is a micrometer and more recently I've bought a few of them. Remarkably the drawing was right first time!
By the way, Precision Artwork isn't a human blogger. It's the concern of freelance illustrator Ian Bull. No doubt there'll be a lot more blogging to come. Meanwhile, see the website here...
